The E-recruitment module is used for online faculty recruitment. A paperless solution, it reduces administrative hassle and facilitates efficient recruitment process. Create vacancies by defining basic requirements such as required qualifications, experience, number of vacancies, etc. which can be hosted on the institute website.
The candidates apply online in response to the vacancies and the data is stored in the ERP. The applications are available for scrutiny and approval by the scrutiny committee online. Interview rounds can be scheduled and interview schedule slots can be marked by the interviewer. Subsequently an email is sent to all the selected candidates, via the system, for the interview.

The faculty data is registered on the biometric devices which are integrated with the attendance server and the entire HRMS module. The employee in-time and out-time are tracked. All the institute-defined rules are applied and the total working hours are thus calculated.
Auto-generated SMS, Email or App notifications can be sent to the employees regarding late coming, early going or poor attendance. All this data gets reflected in the payroll management system for calculation of monthly payroll and tracking of leaves.

The leave management system provides a workflow-based solution to manage track and calculate faculty leaves from the inputs gathered by the biometric readers. Using their login, faculty can apply for leaves online, and this data also gets reflected on the admin login. Auto notifications are sent to the admin to inform them about pending leave approvals.

Details related to loans and advances, nominations, disciplinary actions, pay revisions and increments, leaves, promotions, transfer, training, and conferences attended or conducted, etc. are stored in the service book.
Employee personnel file can be maintained in the module and it can also be used as a document repository. Scanning, storing and retrieval of employee original documents can be done.
